Under The Starts Proposal Set-Up
Right in front of the Caribbean Sea, under some palm tress, we put a golden flower arc decorated with the most beautiful seasonal flowers for a beautiful sunset.
Luxurious 3-Course-Dinner
After the proposal, you enjoy a 3-course-dinner right next to your set-up in a private area into the sunset with a beautiful beach view.
Professional Photographer
Part of this package is a professional photographer who will hide and capture this unique moment. We only work with photographers who value authenticity.
Safe Transportation
Since it’s not easy to get to Tulum’s Beach you will be picked up from your spot (within Tulum area) and brought to the hotel.
Sleep-Over In a Jungle Tent
You spend the night in one of the luxurious glamping tents. In this area, there are no lights allowed, so you can truly enjoy the night sky and all the stars.

4:30pm to 5pm: Drive to the Beach
To not spoil the surprise, you can tell your partner that you’d researched a beach hotel that had really good reviews and you’d like to try out. You’ll be picked up from your hotel (around Tulum) by one of our drivers and brought to Tulum’s wonderful natural reserve.
This is how you can imagine it
5pm to 5:30pm: Arriving and proposal
Right where your driver will leave you, one of us will await you and pretend that we’re staff from the hotel that guide you to your room. You can check-in and settle down. When it’s dinner time, one of us will guide you to “your table” at the beach where we set up a big flower arch for your proposal.
5:30pm to 6:00pm: Professional photo shooting
Our photographer will catch the moments of surprise and after having some minutes for the two of you to calm down and click glasses, you’re gonna have a professional photoshooting by the beach.
6:00pm to 7:30pm: 3-Course-Dinner at the Beach
Once the photo shooting is done, a luxurious 3-Course-Dinner awaits you at a dinner table right at the beach. Here you can taste the richness of the Mexican Cuisine mixed with contemporary influences.
From 8pm: Romantic Walk at the Beach and Sleepover
To integrate the whole experience, we’d like to give you some time to process and have a walk at the beach together. Tulum’s night sky is absolutely stunning and gives a special feeling. Also, this place is in a natural reserve where light pollution is regulated so you can enjoy a clear sky with a stunning amount of stars. #romantic

With their skill and discretion, you'll receive a beautifully crafted film that lets you relive this unforgettable day. It’s the perfect keepsake to share with loved ones for years to come.

We work with traditional and mayan elders who lead engagement ceremonies with prayers, burning incense and giving blessings for your future.
Duration: 1,5 hours.

Of course you can. The time schedule is just an example to give you a feel for the day. We can work according to your wishes.

Yes, that’s also possible. If you want to bring in an own idea, we can easily tie it into the package. Also, if you want to leave out the photographer or the driver (because you have an own car f.e.) we can adjust that. The package and how we created it is just a frame and we’re very open to hear your ideas!

After you’ve filled the contact form and sent us your text, we’ll get in touch within two working days. Normally we try to set up a call so we can discuss your ideas and create a package that suits your needs.

After we figured out all the details, we’ll send you a payment request via Wise or PayPal. If you don’t have any of both, don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Yes, this package includes somebody from BOW & ARROW being on spot for you in order to bring you to the cenote and guide you through your proposal.
