Our professional photographer will blend into the surroundings, ensuring the moment of your proposal is captured authentically. With a focus on natural, candid photography, they’ll provide you with stunning images that truly reflect the magic of your special day.
Safe Transportation
Navigating Tulum’s Jungles can be tricky, which is why a reliable and professional driver will handle your transportation. You’ll be picked up from your hotel, taken to the location, and safely brought back afterward.

This is how you can imagine it
2:30pm to 3pm: Drive to the Jungle
To keep the surprise intact, you can tell your partner you’ve planned a unique jungle experience or found a hidden gem worth visiting. A professional driver will pick you up from your hotel and take you to a serene location in the Mayan jungle, about 30 minutes outside Tulum.
3pm to 3:30pm: Arriving and proposal
Upon arrival, a member of our team will greet you and guide you to a beautifully arranged jungle picnic. The setup includes cozy pillows, a soft blanket, and tasteful floral decorations with white rose petals. This is where you take the lead and make your heartfelt proposal.
3:00pm to 3:30pm: Guided Ritual
A skilled medicine woman will welcome you with a sacred guided ritual. She will cleanse your energy using copal, setting the tone for this experience. Through her guidance, you’ll connect with the natural elements and align your intentions, creating a harmonious atmosphere for your proposal. This sacred moment is not only a celebration of love but also a beautiful way to honor the connection between you, your partner, and nature.
3:30pm to 4:00pm: Photoshoot
Our skilled photographer will guide you through a relaxed and enjoyable session, ensuring every shot feels natural and authentic. Whether it’s candid laughter, heartfelt embraces, or the beauty of your surroundings, the photos will tell your unique love story. You’ll walk away with stunning images that you can treasure forever and share with loved ones.
4:00pm to 5:00pm: Romantic Jungle Picnic
Savor a delightful picnic spread of fine cheeses, fresh bread, seasonal fruits, nuts, sparkling wine, and refreshing water. This is your time to relax, enjoy the serene jungle ambiance, and celebrate your engagement together.
5:00pm to 5:30pm: Safe Ride back
Your driver will be ready to take you back to your hotel, allowing you to reflect on your magical evening and enjoy the rest of the night together.

The package includes some decent and authentic decoration such as rose petals and a flower bouquet. If you want to level up, we can decorate a big flower arch with flowers so you can propose in front of it. Hit us up for photos of examples!

Of course you can. The time schedule is just an example to give you a feel for the day. We can work according to your wishes.

Yes, that’s also possible. If you want to bring in an own idea, we can easily tie it into the package. Also, if you want to leave out the photographer or the driver (because you have an own car f.e.) we can adjust that. The package and how we created it is just a frame and we’re very open to hear your ideas!

After you’ve filled the contact form and sent us your text, we’ll get in touch within two working days. Normally we try to set up a call so we can discuss your ideas and create a package that suits your needs.

After we figured out all the details, we’ll send you a payment request via Wise or PayPal. If you don’t have any of both, don’t worry, we’ll find a solution.

Yes, this package includes somebody from BOW & ARROW being on spot for you in order to bring you to the cenote and guide you through your proposal.
